Hello!
My name is Lotus Sol(she/her), and I am in the process of getting my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry for Medical Sciences at UVIC. I’m not sure as to what I plan to do afterwards; it could be completely unrelated! I was born here on the island, and grew up in Sooke, T’Sou-ke Nation’s traditional territory. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by nature and live in such a beautiful place. When I’m finished my undergraduate, I plan to move to Europe, or at least elsewhere in the world.
In my free time, I enjoy thrifting, making jewellery, crocheting, watching anime, taking photos. Fashion and interior design are topics that really interest me outside of school.
I’m looking forward to gaining skills related to learning and technology from this EDCI 335 course. As someone who has some neurological disorders, I hope I can apply this knowledge to my own life and learning.
